This series was released in the year 2021 with  Lee Je-hoon, Pyo Ye-jin, and Kim Eui-sung in leading roles and had  8.1/10 IMDb Rating.

The team takes justice into their own hands for victims failed by the system. Each character has their past to deal with and knows what facing injustice means, so they decide to help others while trying to find a solution to their traumas.

This Korean thriller drama explores how the characters go ahead to deal with the dark side of society and make friends, allies, and build emotional reliance while serving justice. Vagabond

This would be one of my favourite Korean thriller series released in 2019, and I got all the time to watch it through lockdown in 2020. Truly, I watched because it was a Lee Seung-gi K-drama, and Bae Suzy is starring along with him. She is popular for being a K-pop artist and actress. This series has an IMDb Rating of 8.1/10.

The series is about uncovering the truth. The lead hero is a stuntman who dreamed of becoming a master in Taekwondo. His life takes a turn when his only family, his nephew, dies in a mysterious plane crash. This leads him to travel to a different country and partner with an officer to uncover a massive corruption conspiracy that shakes the nation. Their journey from being clueless to exploring each aspect and finding a link keeps you invested, as the plot grows and answers unravel, you are left to wonder.

This is a great K-drama on Netflix to watch, with high-stakes action, global conspiracies, and emotional depth. It feels like a Hollywood thriller but with stronger emotional storytelling. 

Lawless Lawyer

Released in the year 2018, starring Lee Joon-gi and Seo Ye-ji in lead roles, this is a highly thrilling drama available on Viki, which one must watch. It has an IMDb Rating of 7.5/10.

The story revolves around both the protagonist, who desires justice, the lead heroine, a straight-edge lawyer, and the hero, a former gangster turned lawyer. After a glitch in her career, she joins forces with the hero who uses both legal loopholes and street justice to fight corruption and avenge his mother’s death. 

This series blends courtroom drama with action, making it both intense and satisfying. The revenge arc keeps you invested throughout, and the one episode at a time unraveling plot keeps you wondering what more is stored in it.

He Is Psychometric

If you want to watch a psychological thriller series, the 2019-released Park Jin-young, Shin Ye-eun starring is available on Viki, a K-drama with IMDb Rating 7.6/10, is perfect for you.

The story is about a young man with the ability to read memories through touch, who has a past trauma. And he teams up with a girl hiding a painful past, together they uncover dark secrets and crimes, along with building an understanding and a relationship on the way. The story takes you on a roller coaster ride with each character having a story to tell, which unfolds in each episode, keeping you connected throughout. 

This K-drama starts light but gradually turns dark and emotional. The plot twists and psychological depth make it unexpectedly gripping.

Mouse 

It is a psychological thriller K-drama released on March 3, 2021, with an IMDb rating of 8.6/10. The lead roles in this series are Lee Seung-gi, Lee Hee-joon, and Park Ju-hyun. 

The story follows rookie police officer Jung Ba-reum, whose life changes after encountering a terrifying serial killer. He is paired with a senior who has faced a childhood trauma and is on the chase for a psychotic serial killer. The story progresses as they both navigate these tricky terrains, and the crimes unfold. This Korean thriller drama explores whether psychopathy can be identified at birth, blurring morality, identity, and justice. 

Packed with intense twists, dark themes, and psychological depth, Mouse keeps viewers questioning who the real monster is. It is available on Viki and Prime Video.
